ProAgenda lets you raise a civic issue, gather public support for it, and record what happened when it was taken to the body responsible. It is a platform for organising and evidencing that, not a government service and not a guarantee of any outcome.
ProAgenda is operated by Prabhkirat Singh, an individual based in India. “We” and “us” below mean that person. By using ProAgenda you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. You need a Google account to sign in. One person, one account — do not create additional accounts to vote more than once.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you give us permission to display and distribute it on ProAgenda.
This matters, so it is stated plainly: we do not verify the accuracy of any agenda, photo, or comment. Everything on the platform is posted by users. Evidence exists so that you can judge a claim for yourself, not because we have checked it.
Support counts reflect what people clicked. They are not a survey, a poll, or a measurement of public opinion, and they should not be presented as one.
Anyone can report an agenda or comment. Reports are reviewed by a person — nothing is hidden automatically by report volume. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Removal is reversible. If you believe something of yours was removed in error, email us and we will look again.
The person who raised an agenda can mark it as submitted, acknowledged or resolved, and must attach a proof link when marking it submitted. Those entries are that person's claims. We require evidence, but we do not independently confirm it. If you believe a claim is false, report it.
ProAgenda is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before shutting the service down.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of ProAgenda, from content posted by other users, or from any action or inaction by a body an agenda is addressed to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using ProAgenda at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
For any complaint about content or about the service, contact our Grievance Officer, Prabhkirat Singh, at prabhkirat05@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use ProAgenda after a change means you accept the updated terms.
